PestFree exterior treatment Our robust, weather-resistant exterior spray applied to all wall surfaces, soffits, decking, verandahs, carports and other outdoor structures. It gives an instant knockdown of flying and crawling insects and spiders, then keeps working on the surface to deal with anything that turns up afterwards.
Rodent control Inspection, baiting and monitoring for rats and mice around your property. We check and refresh stations at every visit so the protection never lapses.
A visit every 3 months Four scheduled services a year, timed to stay ahead of seasonal pest activity. We book the next visit before we leave, so there's nothing for you to remember.

What does 'from $350' mean?
$350 per service covers a standard-sized home. If your property is larger, has multiple buildings or needs extra rodent stations, the price may be higher. We'll confirm your exact price before your first visit and it won't change unless your needs do.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. The Bundle is a scheduled service, not a lock-in contract. If you need to pause or stop, just let us know before your next visit.
Does it include the inside of my house?
The Bundle covers the exterior PestFree treatment and rodent control. If you'd like an interior treatment added, ask us when you book and we'll quote it.
What happens if pests come back between visits?
Give us a call. We'll talk through what's happening and, if needed, come back to sort it.
How do I pay?
You're invoiced after each service. No upfront payment for the year.
